Would it be possible to have a section for "member help". I'm not sure what its called but like a sub forum/topic or something? Just a seperate section where we can ask questions about the site itself. I hope that makes sense LOL.  |

What exactly do you mean by member help? I'm not sure I understand your question. There's an offers tutorial on the site & Kelly, Kristine, & I are always only an email, im, or pm away if you need anything.

Well you know how there is the introduction, general board, offer discussion, etc like main threads where everyone posts in. Well how about one that is specifically for "Member Help" where we can ask questions about the site in general or if someone needs help with something pertaining to the site. I dont know I guess if I or someone has a question where should I post it, In the general board section? I just thought there could be a specific place to ask questions instead of emailing, IM , or PM ing someone. Does that make sense??

We have been answering questions in the general board section, but I think that you bring up a good point. Thanks for your suggestion. I will ask Kelly if she can add a member help section. That way, we can locate all of the members' questions in a timely manner.
